2017 has started with a torrent of tenders! Great news for the future growth of the business and our team who will be kept busy working with exciting clients across the globe.

We’ve just been awarded the contract to design and develop the Competency Framework and Assessment work for the PSQA team within Target. We were selected through a rigorous PSQA process and now the work begins!

We’ve been invited to facilitate the 2017 HR Away Day for Costain. Looking forward to an inspiring day focusing on Innovation and Growth for the 55 strong Costain’s team in the summer.

Because of our long-standing relationship with the Institute of Leadership and Management, Metamorph was selected by the In-House Training Company to assist with their application to become an ILM Centre. All systems go now towards the Quality Review before acceptance!
