Competency Frameworks
Metamorph has a sound reputation for its work in the design and development of Competency Frameworks and their implementation. From its origins in leadership profiling and as a result of research carried out by Richard Boyatzis, the desire by businesses (large and small) to accurately define, hire, assess and measure competence has grown exponentially. Having delivered a general programme to HR Managers in the UK we were invited to deliver this programme at a conference in Kuala Lumpur and to work with three clients to design and build an Assessment Process which was competency based to identify talent, performance challenges, learning needs and succession planning.
