Metamorph has delivered annual ILM “Level 3 Award in Management” programmes for internal staff of SGS for the last four years with a 100% pass rate for students. This on-going assignment has grown in stature within the organisation, with each cohort that completes their qualification. The next programme will see the 5th cohort or students from SGS achieve ILM qualifications.
Metamorph Consultant, Jocelyn Hughes worked with the HR team at The Rugby Football Union to identify the generic competencies required by the RFU staff across all functions from the Senior Executives through to grass roots coaching staff. The Competency Framework produced was transferred into a 360° Assessment Tools for use in identifying Talent, Performance Development, Transferable Skills and Succession Planning.
The Trade Risk teams of HSBC attended a series of programmes designed and facilitated by Jocelyn Hughes in London, Hong Kong and New York using Myers Briggs type indicator to identify the diverse mix of styles present across this global team with a view to enhancing cross border collaboration between the three teams.
Metamorph (T&D) Limited in collaboration with CIAR Africa, designed and delivered an ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Programme for Safaricom delivered to a total of 40 Call Centre Managers and Team Leaders. This involved three blocks of overseas delivery in Nairobi and we are pleased to say that all 40 students were successfully awarded their Level 3 Certificate in Management at the end of 2016.
Metamorph, in conjunction with our partners at Falconbury, provided a bespoke Recruitment and Selection programme for Senior Managers.
Metamorph delivered some key topics in Hightown and Praetorian’s ILM Level Three Certificate in Management programme. We also produced the application for their Level 5 qualification to the Institute.
Metamorph designed and delivered a 12 module Management Development Programme for a group of Domino’s Head Office Management spread across a twelve month period.
Metamorph had a long-standing relationship with the music licensing organisation based in Golden Square, running a wide portfolio of skills programmes including an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management having gained centre approval for the organisation.
Metamorph worked with teams in Denplan to amalgamate the Denplan Vision, Mission and Competency framework with that of AXA the parent company.
Metamorph has worked with UniS for over 10 years, delivering programmes across the Performance Management subject area, assisting with Competency-Based Interview training and running bespoke team events for Library Services and IT to name but two.
Having worked with prime to design and develop the core competencies of the organisation, Metamorph has worked closely with the senior managers at Prime during strategic thinking workshops and delivers a range of topics for both managers and staff around leadership, management and performance reviews.
Metamorph, in partnership with the In-House Training Company, delivered customer service training for Google from the prestigious Shard venue at the end of 2016. A great way to end a very successful year!
