Our team are qualified and experienced in the area of assessment and have worked with clients during restructures and realignment projects to assist with selection and the training of managers needed competency based interview skills. We have designed and utilised 360° Feedback tools both paper-based and online to help clients to identify their learning needs and to highlight gaps in their recruitment strategy.

Qualified to administer and facilitate MBTI, OPQ, DISC, FiroB and other psychometrics, assessments can be focused or broad dependent on the objectives of the client.
